2. Cancellation Eligibility

One-Time Purchases: You may cancel your one-time order within 6 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed for shipping. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Monthly Subscriptions: Subscription orders can be canceled any time before the next scheduled shipment. If a shipment has already been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, and return shipping fees will apply.
