Exchanges

Important: All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method. LUSTRE LLC is not responsible for lost return packages.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. However, if the returned product fails to meet the requirements of this policy, your refund may be rejected and the item may be shipped back to you.
