We work with multiple trusted international and local shipping and logistics partners, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and more, to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping Limitations & Restrictions
We may not ship to the following address types:
- P.O. Boxes
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
- Blacklisted or high-risk locations
If we cannot ship to your address, your order will be canceled, and you will be notified.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
- It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.
- Once your order enters processing, address changes are not possible.
- If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may:
- Charge a reshipping fee, or
- Issue a refund minus original shipping costs
Customs Duties & International Taxes
- All prices include applicable sales tax.
- International customers may be charged customs duties or clearance fees upon delivery.
- These charges are not included in your order total and are your responsibility.
- LUSTRE LLC has no control over these fees and cannot predict the amount.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
